Dr Khalifa Al Hadhrami is a former Deputy Chairman of the
Supreme Court and Head of the Commercial Department until his retirement in 2021. Dr Khalifa was responsible for numerous case precedents that are relevant to date, namely the cases pertaining to local and international arbitration, investments, insurance, banking and finance. Dr Khalifa was also the Secretary-General of the Council of
Administrative Affairs for the Judiciary, where he instituted the digital transformation witnessed in the courts today. Dr Khalifa has experience of over three decades. He also held other leadership roles, such as being appointed head of government commissions in international conventions. Most notably, Dr Khalifa was the Head of the United Nations (UN) Omani commission responsible for overseeing human rights in the country, which presented human rights reports before the UN council. He also held the following roles:
– Head of the judiciary commission in charge of the Shura Council elections
– Head of the”Court of State Security (before its abolition),
Member of the committees that oversaw the drafting and
enactment of new laws, such as Civil law , Criminal Law and
Investment law.

Helaine Galerani is a legal executive with a 22 years career in medium and large companies, such as HSBC Bank, Battistella Holding, Banco Cooperativo Sicredi and CNH Industrial Capital. She is also a specialist in applied legal studies. As a Head of Legal, Helaine was responsible for corporate legal departments and team coordination. She has a strong performance in contracts, analysis and negotiation of agreements, corporate governance, financial regulatory law, institutional relations, compliance, and digital law. Her practice also extends to creating work flows and internal management systems for mapping and controlling legal risks, focusing on cost and risk avoidance and cost reduction projects.
Dr. SALAM AL-NAABI

Dr. Salam Al-Naabi has practical experience in the government sector that spanned 30 years, where he worked in the Civil Service Council, the Ministry of Civil Service (before its abolition) and also the administrative affairs ministry advisor in the Ministry of Health. He participated in a number of conferences and seminars, and honourably had the membership and chairmanship of some specialized committees inside and outside of the Sultanate, and has certificates on a number of courses in the field of law and administration.
He also participated in the preparation and drafting of the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree No. (120/2004) and the executive regulations of the same law by Resolution No. (9/2010), and the job classification system issued by Resolution No. (10/2010). Moreover, He was a member in the committee that reviewed the Civil Service Law and the executive regulations which prepared the proposal for the new law and regulations, which are currently applied.
He assisted in the preparation and drafting of Royal Decree No. (33/2013) regarding the medical careers in governmental institutions, and Resolution No. (16/2014) issuing the regulations governing employment affairs for the same law. Dr. Salam Al-Naabi has an academic experience in preparing training programs and lectures on topics related to the governmental careers, and he implemented them in several public and private institutes.
